Old times are certainly not forgotten in this print done by one of the South's premier artists, Jim Jordan. In "Southern Charm" Jordan takes us back to an era where steamboat whistles could be heard in the distance and ladies sipped cool Mint Juleps protected by the shade of ancient moss-covered oaks.

Though "Southern Charm" is typically Jordanesque in its painstaking detail, it is also a departure from the masculine images predominant in his previous works. According to Jim, "I can paint the steel and I can paint the flowers."
